Woodmont High School Athletic Booster Club, where community spirit and support elevate our students and athletes to new heights!

Letter from the Athletic Booster Club President

At Woodmont High School, 2023 Palmetto's Finest Award Winner, we pride ourselves in having athletes that perform on and off the field. In the classroom, our Varsity teams had a cumulative GPA of 4.24 for the 2023-2024 school year. 16 Varsity teams had a GPA of 4.0 or higher and 2 teams had the highest GPA in the district - Baseball (4.70) and Competitive Cheer (4.31). Additionally, we had 23 Wildcats from multiple sports teams sign to play at the collegiate level.

There was a lot to cheer for from the sidelines for the 2023-2024 season.

  • Football, girls tennis, girls swim, and boys swim all qualified for the playoffs.

Winter Season:

The 2024-2025 season is upon us and our athletic program is growing. Woodmont H.S. has 23 athletic programs with 44 teams and over 750 student-athletes. The Woodmont High School Athletic Booster Club strives to provide support to all athletes, coaches, and the Athletic Director to ensure we can complete at the highest level.

The WHS Athletic Booster Clubs helps fund:

  • Weight Room Equipment

  • Field/Support Equipment

  • Pool Rental Fee for Swim Team

  • Green Rental Fee for Golf Teams

  • Transportation Assistance for Away Games

  • Senior Signing Day

  • And Much More

As our athletic program grows, we look forward to growing our relationship with community partners willing to support our athletic programs at Woodmont High School. This year we are looking to wrap up our "going digital" in all our athletic venues on campus. In 2023-2024, digital EMCs were added to Baseball and Softball Stadiums and the Gymnasium. For 2024-2025, our hope is to install an EMC in the Woodmont Stadium, home to Whitt Memorial Field. This digital component will add to the fans experience at athletic events and provide us an exclusive opportunity to highlight our community sponsors and partners. Additionally, we are looking at installing a covered batting facility for baseball and softball. Come join the 2023 Award-Winning Palmetto's Finest School, Woodmont High, to support growth and building the best athletic program. Your support is vital to our growth and our competitive spirit.
